✅ Eligible for Return:
- You received a wrong product.
- You received a damaged or defective product (leakage, broken seal, etc.).
To request a return:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or video proof of the issue on WhatsApp or email.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
❌ Not Eligible for Return:
- Opened, used, or tampered products.
- No longer needed or change of mind.
- Sale/offer items are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchange or Refund:
Once your return request is verified and approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method.
🚚 Return Shipping:
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable courier.
