At Aviyura Natural Care, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our herbal and personal care products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • You received a wrong product.
  • You received a damaged or defective product (leakage, broken seal, etc.).

To request a return:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or video proof of the issue on WhatsApp or email.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.
  • No longer needed or change of mind.
  • Sale/offer items are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchange or Refund:

Once your return request is verified and approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier.
